In December 2011 we began blind surveying all of our customers to get feedback on their experience with Great Lakes Granite & Marble. Since December of 2011 we have received 865 survey responses which showed that 96% of our customers were likely or very likely to recommend our services to their friends. From December of 2016 through February of 2017, 100% of our customers who submitted surveys said they were very likely to recommend Great Lakes Granite & Marble to their friends and family!
