Project manager Kirby did not return phone calls. Project manager Jon did not call prior to arriving to check uneven granite. Only get more excuses about uneven granite that is not cut square, no solutions offered. Would not recommend to others because of lack of support offered.

The job went very smoothly. Andrea was helpful in rescheduling to meet my time frame and availability. Theinstallers were informative and professional.

Our granite counter top was purchased through Home Depot on a Thursday. Great Lakes called me on the following Monday to set up a home visit to make a template on Thursday. My husband removed the entire countertop as requested for the template. The countertop was installed exactly 2 weeks later as promised.We were without a countertop and sink in the kitchen for a total of 3 weeks, which we expected to be a problem,however TV dinners and take out food saved the days! It was all worth a little inconveinance when that beautiful granite was in! Jacob and his co-worker were polite, respectful of our home, covered the floor to avoid tracking in dust, and swept up when finished. I am so proud of my new kitchen!!

"We have an issue at one cabinet where the cabinet extends out beyond the granite top. Its been suggested that a 3/8"" spacer be placed to put the cabinet back to cure the problem. Once this is corrected I'll be all smiles.The granite, service and installers were great."

Loved my installers. Very quick and to the point and also chatted a bit to be social. My measurer was very quiet and could not answer many questions. Communicating to schedule an appointment in Perrysburg could have been better but overall it was smooth. The granite looks great thank you
